The TR24DA100 from Shanghai Topradar Science & technology co., LTD is a 24 GHz millimeter-wave altimeter radar designed for terrain-following flight by agricultural drones. It measures height within a range of 0.6–18 m, providing height information for this low-altitude application. Its stated performance includes stable height measurements during hovering and operations over tall crops, with latency as low as 100 ms. The design also reduces reliance on filtering to preserve the measured height information.
