The company develops, produces and sells millimeter-wave radar, supported by a radar technology team and dedicated microwave instruments for research and production. Its radar development covers height measurement, terrain sensing and obstacle avoidance, with documented applications in drones, unmanned vehicles and automated guided vehicles. The company also describes applications in robotics, smart homes, intelligent transport, security and automotive collision avoidance.
Its drone height-sensing range includes TR24DA100 and TR24DA200 radar models. The former is designed specifically for terrain-following flight by agricultural drones. The latter has a narrower field of view and is intended for height detection or terrain-following flight in industrial drone applications requiring higher flight altitudes. These products establish a documented role for the company's radar hardware in measuring aircraft height during civilian drone operations.
Topradar also develops spraying hardware for agricultural drones. Its TRCN-1 centrifugal nozzle is a company-developed product for this application. The nozzle incorporates temperature monitoring for the motor and electronic speed controller, with automatic stopping when the motor is overloaded, running idle or stalled. Its bracket uses flexible vibration-damping connections and can bend and fold.
