Product overview
The Wuxi Beiwei Sensing Technology BW-VG228E is a low-cost, current-output dynamic inclination sensor for integration into equipment requiring pitch and roll measurements. Its applications include unmanned aircraft, robotics, platform stabilization, autonomous driving, agricultural machinery, construction machinery, vessels and underwater ROV navigation. The hardware occupies a 104 × 62 × 50 mm envelope. Its measurement range covers pitch through ±90° and roll through ±180°, with 0.5° dynamic accuracy, 0.01° static accuracy and 0.01° resolution.
Electrical integration requires a 12-36V DC supply, with operating current of 20-60mA under no load. Interface specifications include serial rates from 9600 to 460800 baud, support for up to four analog output channels and startup delay below 50ms. The operating temperature range is -40 to 85°C, while storage extends from -55 to 100°C. Shock resistance is 2000g for 0.5ms, three times per axis; electromagnetic compatibility follows GBT17626, and mean time between failures is at least 30000 hours.
