The ALLXF Z-2Pro combines a 4K visible-light camera and a 640 × 512 thermal camera in a miniature stabilized payload for security, emergency response and inspection. Its uncooled VOx thermal detector supports heat-source identification and search tasks, while the visible camera uses AI-ISP processing for full-color imaging in low light. AI-HDR addresses scenes with strong brightness differences, including backlighting and tunnel entrances. Together, these imaging channels support observation across changing lighting conditions and provide complementary visual and thermal information.
The gimbal weighs as little as 130 g and supports suspended or upright mounting on UAVs, quadruped robots and RC vehicles. Its compact physical architecture uses non-orthogonal three-axis mechanical stabilization, with pitch travel from −120° to +65° and yaw travel of ±140°. Stabilization accuracy is specified as reaching ±0.01°. Dual-IMU processing, IMU temperature control and fusion with host inertial-navigation data support operation from −20°C to 50°C. This is an integrated camera gimbal payload for installation on a host platform; its stated travel limits define its pointing envelope.
AI functions detect pedestrians and vehicles and maintain tracking of a selected target. Supported target dimensions span 16 × 16 to 128 × 128 pixels, recognition takes less than 40 ms, and target coordinates update every 30 ms; reacquisition covers fast movement and brief occlusion. Integration options include network, serial and S.BUS control, proprietary and MAVLink protocols, and ArduPilot or PX4 integration through XF-QGC. Dragonfly software provides computer-based viewing, control and imagery download. Coordinate and altitude overlays, together with photo EXIF geotagging, support location-based inspection records.
