The Nanjing Feiying Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd 1200W Floodlight is an aerial lighting payload for Matrice30, Matrice350 and Matrice400 aircraft. Its butterfly-shaped lamps attach to aircraft arms with quick-fit rubber straps, while plug-in leads connect the lighting assembly to the onboard power supply. Each lamp weighs 180g, and the complete lighting assembly weighs 780g including connecting wires and straps. Integration uses a direct tether supply operating at 800–1000VDC, with a high-voltage, low-current electrical architecture.
Lighting power is 1200W, rising to 2400W in super-bright mode, with 200000lm luminous flux and approximately 168lm/W efficacy. A 30° lens is standard; alternative lens angles allow a choice between broader coverage and higher illuminance over a smaller area. Controls include enclosure buttons, a mobile app, a remote host computer and the aircraft controller. Automatic takeoff and landing switching complements manual stepped adjustment, stepless dimming and strobe operation. Output automatically derates when temperature is excessive or source power is insufficient.
