Product overview
The Mugin GF322 Fixed-wing Servo and Propulsion Kit consolidates propulsion and servo procurement for fixed-wing UAV assembly, repeat builds and maintenance. It is a component package requiring a separate airframe. Its reference configuration lists a DLE60 electric-start engine and DFDL 23 × 10 wooden pusher propeller; actual supplied items take precedence over that list. The intended aircraft layout places the rear propeller between the tail booms, limiting clearance after manual starting. With suitable start controls installed, electric starting allows personnel to remain away from the propeller arc.
The reference contents also list two Savox SC-1256TG aileron servos, two SC-1256TG V-tail servos, one SC-1256TG steering servo and one Savox SV-1250MG throttle servo. Accessories comprise one set of four MUGINUAV Navigation Light V2.0 lights, one MUGINUAV pitot tube, an installation accessory set for the selected GF322 airframe and one shipping-carton set. These contents remain subject to the actual supplied items. Components ship in original manufacturer packaging. Specify the airframe version and V-tail configuration; older or modified aircraft need their mounting arrangement checked against current propulsion details.
Integration includes propulsion mounting, fuel-system installation, electrical distribution, servo adjustment and engine commissioning. The flight controller, GNSS, communications equipment, fuel hardware, ignition battery and regulation, and brake servo are excluded; a wiring harness is not standard. Custom wiring and connector preparation can be arranged. Pixhawk and CubePilot controllers are compatible but require aircraft-specific configuration, calibration and failsafe setup after installation. Ground checks must precede flight testing. Payload capacity and endurance depend on the completed aircraft and operating conditions.
