The Mugin 13.3″ Portable Dual Screen Ground Control Station brings computing, displays and physical controls together for flight use in the field. Its aluminum-alloy construction has a hard-anodized and sandblasted finish. Two 13.3″ FHD TFT LCDs provide adjustable 1000 nits brightness to help minimize glare in bright conditions, with a resolution of 1920*1200 and display dimensions of 293.472 x 165.078mm. The lower display has capacitive touch, while resistive touch is optional for the upper display. Controls include eight custom buttons, one numerical keyboard, one knob and two two-axis joysticks.
The computing configuration comprises an Intel I7-7500U processor, 8GB/DDR4 memory and a 256G SSD, with Windows 7 /Linux support. Memory and SSD size options accompany internal space reserved for secondary development. Connections comprise two Gigabit Ethernet ports, five USB ports, two HDMI connections and one SIM interface. Power provisions include DC19V input and a lithium battery with four hours of endurance at full capacity. The operating temperature range is -20~50°C, while storage temperature is -30~60°C. A dedicated screen adjustment button provides brightness/signal adjustment.
