Product overview
The MAD M90C60 EEE Manned Drone Motor is a propulsion component intended for large manned multirotor aircraft, electric paragliders, large eVTOL UAVs, paramotors and paratrikes. It has a 45 kW power output and is designed to support 70–100 kg single-axis payloads for aerial mobility and cargo lift applications. The 9KV configuration comes with a 72 × 31-inch carbon fiber propeller, and the motor weighs 12.7 kg. The recommended FOC ESC and propeller configuration is the HB110-72x31 drone arm set.
The MAD M90C60 EEE V1.0 measures D:257 × 123 mm and incorporates 21 pole pairs, an anticorrosive stator, two 6007ZZ bearings and independent centrifugal heat dissipation. Its interfaces comprise D:75 M8×6 propeller mounting holes, D:140 M8×6 motor mounting holes, an IN:35 mm shaft diameter and 250 mm extended enameled wires. Protection is specified as rain protection. The varnished wire and magnet temperature ratings are 220°C and 180°C respectively. Rotor balance is ≤20 mg, motor balance is ≤30 mg, and the disruptive test specification is 1000 V.
