Product overview
The MAD M35 TORQ IPE Manned Drone Motor provides propulsion for ultra-heavy-lift UAVs, including large VTOL aircraft, logistics platforms and manned drone systems. Its 50KV option supports 24S electrical systems, with rated thrust of 15–22 kgf and peak thrust of 53.8 kgf associated with 24S operation. The motor is optimized for a 40.1x16 inch propeller. Named controller pairings are the AMPX ESC 200a 12-24s and FOC 250A 24S Drone ESC.
The motor weighs 1860g and measures D:122 × 68.5 mm. Its mechanical integration interfaces include D:55 M5×4 motor mounting holes, D:30 M4×4 propeller mounting holes and an IN: 20 mm shaft diameter. Construction combines an anticorrosive stator, two 6904ZZ bearings and centrifugal heat dissipation, with 150 mm extended enameled wires for electrical connection. Protection is rated IP35, and the varnished wire temperature grade is 220°C. The product configuration is a motor component for aircraft integration.
