The MAD M25 IPE Manned Drone Motor is a propulsion motor intended for manned aircraft and ultra-heavy UAV platforms, including rescue, logistics and endurance applications requiring high output. Its listed configuration is 100KV with 12S support and a weight of 1280g. Sustained thrust is 10~15kg and maximum thrust is 39.4kg. Separate descriptive ratings give 10–15 kgf rated thrust and 40 kgf peak thrust. The MAD M25 IPE V1.0 motor measures D:118 × 52.9 mm and incorporates 15 pole pairs, an anticorrosive stator and centrifugal heat dissipation.
Mechanical interfaces comprise an IN: 15 mm shaft, D:50 M4×4 motor mounting holes and three propeller mounting patterns: D:20 M3x4, D:23 D4x4 and D:24 M4×4 with an adapter. Electrical connections use 150 mm extended enameled wires. The compatible propeller is the FLUXER 40x13.1 D10-D24(M4X4) Inch carbon fiber model; recommended controllers are the AMPX 200A(5-14S) Drone ESC or FOC 200A 8-14S Drone ESC. Protection is IP35, with varnished wire and magnet temperature ratings of 220°C and 180°C respectively. Rotor balance is ≤10 mg and motor balance is ≤20 mg.
