The MAD 5015 IPE V3.0 eVTOL Drone Motor is a propulsion component for multirotor and eVTOL aircraft. It offers six winding options: 150KV, 170KV, 270KV, 320KV, 380KV and 420KV. Application guidance associates 270KV and 320KV with 8-16kg eVTOLs, while the 150KV option is intended for heavy quadcopters with 8-14kg takeoff weight. Sustained thrust is 1.5~3.5kg and maximum thrust is 8.6kg. Electrical specifications identify 6S and 12S support, together with compatibility with 6S-12S ESCs.
The motor measures D:56 × 36.3 mm and weighs 220-230g. Mechanical integration uses D:25 M3×4 motor mounting holes and D:12 M3×4 or D:15 M3×4 propeller mounting holes. Its construction incorporates 14 pole pairs, two 696ZZ bearings, an anticorrosive stator and centrifugal heat dissipation. The cable is 150 mm long with black 16# AWG silicone insulation. Protection is rated IP45; varnished wire and magnet temperature ratings are 180°C and 150°C respectively. Rotor balance is ≤5 mg, and motor balance is ≤10 mg.
