Product overview
The Kpower HBL835 15kg All-Aluminum Metal Gear Brushless Standard Servo is a motion-control component for fixed-wing drones, desktop robotic arms, service robots and industrial automation. It also targets 1/10 to 1/8 RC racing car surface applications requiring high torque and high power. Its architecture combines a brushless motor, metal gearing, an aluminum-alloy case, 2BB bearings and potentiometer position sensing. The full metal gears and case provide the mechanical construction associated with its stable operation, low noise and heat dissipation.
Integration requires space for a 40x20x39mm body and allowance for its 77g mass, with mechanical coupling through a 25T Φ5.9mm spline. The specified configuration uses PWM control, 180° travel and a 4.8-7.4V supply range; signal protocol and travel angle support customization. At 7.4 V, stall torque is 18.5kg·cm, no-load speed is 0.12sec/60°, and stall current is 4000 mA. Standard protection is IP42, with IP67 offered as an option for wet conditions. The operating temperature range is -10～50°C.
