Product overview
The Kpower HBL838-W is a waterproof brushless servo for integration into fixed-wing UAVs, underwater robots, desktop robotic arms and commercial cleaning robots. Its physical architecture combines an aluminum-alloy housing, metal gears, a brushless motor, a potentiometer angle sensor and a 2BB bearing arrangement. The component measures 40 × 20 × 38 mm and weighs 66 g, providing concrete packaging requirements for installation. Mechanical integration uses a 25-tooth spline with a 6 mm diameter.
Electrical integration requires a supply within 4.8–8.4 V, with PWM, UART-TTL and RS-485 listed as supported control protocols. The specified angular range is 180°, with customization supported. Stall torque is 30 kg·cm, while the separate no-load speed specification is 0.04 seconds per 60°; these describe different operating conditions. The servo has an IP67 protection rating.
