Product overview
The Kimpok TX1000 provides an analog FPV video link for long-range drone operations, including mapping, linear infrastructure inspection and search and rescue. Its transmitter module measures 73x41x14mm and weighs 82g, giving aircraft integrators a defined component envelope and mass allocation. The electrical configuration combines a DC12V input, 1.5W transmit output and an SMA antenna connection. Eight channels cover 1080MHz-1360MHz, with manual selection allowing operators to choose a less congested channel and coordinate separate video links during multi-pilot operations.
Integration requires room and power provision for cooling as well as the transmitter itself: 1.5W operation generates substantial heat, requires a substantial heatsink and excellent airflow, and often needs a dedicated BEC. Transmission beyond 15-20+ kilometers depends on ideal conditions and high-gain directional receiving antennas; a correctly tuned transmitter antenna is also essential to realize the system's potential. The supplied package contains the transmitter, manual and mounting accessories. Operation at this power is subject to local radio rules and is likely to require an amateur radio licence in most countries.
