Product overview
The Holybro H-RTK Unicore UM982 is a positioning component that supplies moving-baseline yaw to a controller through a single GPS module with two antennas.
GPS heading provides a yaw source independent of a magnetic compass, avoiding magnetic interference from vehicle motors, electrical systems and nearby metallic structures.
The heading function works without RTCM corrections from a fixed RTK station or NTRIP server. The module also supports RTK positioning and the GPS, GLONASS, Beidou, Galileo and QZSS constellations.
The module can serve as a vehicle GPS or a base station supplying RTCM data through a ground control station. QGroundControl cannot configure the UM982 automatically as a base station; manual setup is required.
The changed status LED driver requires PX4 1.14 or ArduPilot 4.4.0 or later for LED support.
