Product overview

The Happymodel Super F405HD ELRS AIO 3in1 is a flight controller assembly for building a 3–4S HD digital FPV whoop. It combines an STM32F405RGT6 processor, an SPI-connected ICM42688 gyroscope, a UART ExpressLRS receiver and a four-in-one ESC. Its mounting hole specification is 25mm*25mm, and a reserved six-pin socket connects DJI HD equipment. Onboard equipment includes a BMP280 barometer, blackbox storage, and voltage and current sensors. The ESC comes with Bluejay 0.19.2 installed, while the receiver has ExpressLRS V3.0.1 firmware.

The ESC supports 3–4S LiPo/LiPo HV input and carries a 20A continuous rating, with 25A peak operation limited to five seconds. The receiver occupies UART2 by default; UART1 is typically used for MSP OSD with an HD video transmitter, and UART6 can connect GPS or other serial equipment. IRX6 accepts inverted SBUS input but cannot operate simultaneously with TX6/RX6. Binding requires ExpressLRS transmitter firmware v3.x.x. Using the barometer when upgrading to Betaflight 4.4.x requires the specified custom build defines to retain gyro operation, followed by CLI configuration to enable the barometer.
