Product overview
The Tattu 4.0 is a high-voltage smart battery for crop-protection, aerial-photography, cargo and surveying UAVs, with selected eVTOL applications also identified. Its 14S1P pack combines 20000mAh nominal capacity with a 53.2V nominal voltage. The physical architecture uses an all-aluminum-alloy enclosure, convection cooling windows and internal cooling ducts. An IP65 protection rating and rigid plug-in structure support its role as a replaceable aircraft power module. Built-in equipment includes a battery management system and MOS switch, with Bluetooth app access for battery-status monitoring.
Installation requires space for an approximately 92.5 × 237 × 261mm maximum envelope and a battery mass of 7900±300g. Battery-bay geometry, mounting, connector and communication protocol must match the aircraft, while its motors, speed controllers and flight control must support 14S operation. Electrical planning should distinguish the 160A normal continuous limit, 180A maximum continuous discharge and 300A instantaneous peak. Fast charging reaches 100A at 5C within 20–55°C; maximum continuous discharge has a separate 10–50°C temperature range. Automatic storage and cell balancing complement the integrated protection functions.
