The GEPRC Momoda2 5.8G antenna is an FPV radio-frequency component supplied as one antenna. Its architecture combines FPC and PCB elements with an ABS enclosure. The combined radio-frequency structure is intended to improve signal frequency consistency and reduce transmission loss. LHCP and RHCP polarization options support different configurations within the 5.8GHz band. Electrical specifications include a center frequency of 5.65G, bandwidth of 5.3GHz～6GHz, gain of 2.45dbi, SWR of ≤1.43 and radiation efficiency of 85%.
Integration options span several connector styles and lengths. Connector types include SMA, RP-SMA, AngleMMCX and UFL. Selectable interface configurations comprise SMA at 90mm, 120mm or 170mm; UFL at 110mm (60mm+50mm) or 150mm (95mm+55mm); and MMCX at 170mm (100mm+70mm). The general length specification is 120mm-170mm, which differs from some selectable interface lengths. Antenna weight ranges from 3.8g to 11.6g. Additional radio-frequency specifications are an axial ratio of ≤3 and cross polarization suppression of -25dB.
