Product overview
The GEPRC GEP-M8U GPS Module provides satellite positioning for FPV, fixed-wing and other products. Its physical package measures 22mm x 22mm x 8mm and weighs 7.9g, defining the space and mass required for installation. Configuration choices pair GPS with either BDS or GLONASS; the receiving-format selection specifies choosing between those two additional constellations. The module has 72 channels and no compass, an important limitation when specifying the navigation equipment needed for an aircraft integration.
Electrical integration uses a 3.3V-5V input and an SH1.0-4P output connector, with a terminal connection that requires no soldering. Communication uses UART at 115200bps, with UBLOX output at 10Hz.
