The GEPRC GEP-DS16 Frame is an airframe kit for a compact 1.6-inch UAV intended for shooting in confined spaces. Its architecture combines a 2.5mm carbon plate with injection-molded construction, propeller guards and an integrated top cover. Four damping-ball support points provide vibration isolation, while a fixed XT30 connector provides the power connection. The frame measures 100mm*100mm*58mm on a 91mm wheelbase, with a specified weight of 31.3g±5. Removing six screws allows the AIO and video transmitter module to be detached for maintenance.
Integration provisions include separate 25.5mm*25.5mm mounting patterns for the flight controller and video transmitter, 3-M1.4-φ6.6mm motor mounting, a 20mm lens mounting width and a 13mm*17mm*10mm battery slot. The frame supports the DJI O4 Air Unit Pro VTX; these mounting dimensions and the battery slot define its installation space. The supplied frame kit comprises two black propeller guards, a black main carbon plate, two canopies and two camera protectors in Orange / Gray, a screw pack, two VTX antennas, a 1.5mm L-shaped hex wrench and a Torx screwdriver.
