Product overview
The cysmodel CYS-S2915 15Kg 600 Helicopter All-Metal Coreless Digital Servo is a control actuator with an aluminum housing, coreless motor, titanium gears and dual bearings. Its application includes swashplate actuation for 700 helicopters. The hardware configuration combines a 25T output spline with a 300mm lead, while its 68±1g mass and 40*20*39.35mm dimensions define the principal installation envelope. A separate dimensional entry gives 40*20*39mm. Lead identification is brown/black for negative, red for positive and orange/white for signal.
Electrical integration uses PWM control with a 1500usec neutral position, a 1000usec ~ 2000 usec pulse range and reverse operation. Travel is limited to 90° overall, or 45° on either side. Operation requires 6.0-7.4V: at 6.0V, torque is 16.8kg.cm and no-load speed is 0.12sec/60°; at 7.4V, these become 20kg.cm and 0.11sec/60°. Standby current is 20mA at either voltage, while no-load current rises from 80mA to 100mA. The temperature range is (-)10 to +50 °, and stall current is 2.7A/3.1A.
