Product overview
The FlashHobby Arthur35A 32BIT ESC provides brushless motor control for multirotor, fixed-wing and helicopter installations. This propulsion electronics component has a 3–6S working voltage specification and a continuous current rating of 35 A. Its 40 A burst rating is limited to intervals of no more than 10 seconds, making burst duration a material constraint when selecting the motor and power configuration. The controller combines BLHELI_32bit firmware with a self-adapting control system and several supported control inputs.
The assembly measures 32 × 16 mm and weighs 4.37 g net, giving aircraft integrators defined dimensions and mass for allocating electronics space. Its physical construction includes a six-layer thickened PCB, low-internal-resistance MOSFET hardware and a dedicated MOS driver chip. An aluminum sheet covers the MOSFET to provide cooling, and twisted-pair signal wiring is intended to reduce crosstalk. Double voltage protection covers the MCU hardware, driver circuit and MOSFET. Built-in sensing monitors temperature, output power and output current, with programmable protection.
A 48 MHz STM32F051 ARM Cortex MCU provides 32-bit processing with a throttle resolution of 2048. Supported inputs include the four discrete Dshot rates 150, 300, 600 and 1200, PWM up to 500 Hz, Oneshot125/42 and Multishot; Damped Mode is also supported. Firmware upgrades and configuration changes use the signal wire. Programming with a USB linker covers throttle direction, two-way and FPV 3D modes, motor speed, braking, PWM frequency, inlet angle speed, RGB LED color and beep settings. A current meter supports on-screen current indication.
