Product overview

The DYS SE2205 brushless motor provides propulsion for FPV racing builds and comes in 2300KV and 2550KV versions. Its 30g motor body measures 27.7mm in diameter and 19.0mm in length, defining the space required for the component. Inside, the stator measures 22.0mm across and 5.0mm long, with a 3.0mm shaft diameter. The construction combines an imported NMB bearing, an N52 magnet and 0.2mm lamination. A screw retains the hollow shaft, and both versions carry the NP configuration designation.

Electrical integration uses 3–5S LiPo batteries, with different continuous limits for each version. The 2300KV motor has maximum continuous ratings of 26.8A and 428.8W, plus 0.06Ω internal resistance; the 2550KV motor has corresponding ratings of 27.8A and 411.4W, plus 0.08Ω resistance. Propeller and voltage selection affect pull and electrical demand. With BN5045, the 2300KV operating data reach 1070g at 16V under a LiPo ×5 load designation. The 2550KV version reaches 1020g with a 6045 propeller at 14.8V using LiPo ×4.
