The TINTEC TL3F is a payload release accessory for DJI Matrice 4T and Matrice 4E enterprise drones. Its two independently controlled release channels allow separate payloads to be deployed during one flight, supporting emergency rescue, medical supply transportation, material delivery and public safety work. The mechanism incorporates an external manual hook button for loading and real-time channel status feedback. This configuration gives operators separate control over each delivery point while retaining visibility of the release state.
The unit occupies an envelope of ≤60 × 46 × 30 mm and weighs ≤50g. A dedicated bracket provides quick belly mounting without modifying the original aircraft structure. Its protective housing is waterproof and dustproof, and the integrated warning-light equipment comprises eight LEDs with red and blue alternate or synchronous flashing. The electrical configuration uses a TYPE-C interface and PSDK control, with system power of ≤4W and an operating temperature range of -20°C ~ 60°C.
The release mechanism is rated for 2kg per channel and 4kg total, but the final allowable load must remain within the aircraft manufacturer’s flight and safety limits. Integration uses PSDK-based communication for compatible DJI Matrice 4 series platforms, with interface and firmware requirements requiring confirmation before ordering. For customized installations, TINTEC offers OEM and ODM changes to mounting brackets, interfaces, firmware and branding. Intended specialist uses include delivering firefighting equipment and dropping warning markers or lightweight tools during power line inspection.
