Product overview
The DJI TKMO3 is a handheld aircraft controller weighing approximately 118 g. Its body is smaller than the preceding generation, supporting more comfortable handling and easier carrying. An independent dial provides gimbal tilt control and goggles display switching, while the throttle uses a two-stage trigger. Virtual laser pointer interaction supports parameter adjustment. Compatible aircraft include DJI Avata 2, DJI Air 3 and DJI Mini 4 Pro. Goggles support is restricted to DJI Goggles 3, flight modes are limited to Normal and Sport, and flight simulators are unsupported.
The controller operates at 2.4000–2.4835 GHz and has a 2600 mAh battery. Battery operation is approximately 10 hours when stationary at 25 °C and connected to DJI Goggles 3; charging takes approximately two hours at 5 V, 2 A. Operating temperature is -10 to 40 °C, while charging requires 0–50 °C. With DJI Avata 2 and DJI Goggles 3, maximum communication distance is 13 km under FCC or 10 km under CE/SRRC/MIC conditions, outdoors without interference or obstructions. These are one-way distances without return flight; users must heed the goggles’ return-to-home prompts.
