XUANFU provides range-extended hybrid UAVs and range extender products and solutions for aviation and construction machinery. Its hardware range includes the X-PC1W agricultural drone and the GX-16 aviation range extender for multirotor UAVs.
The X-PC1W combines a gasoline range extender with an agricultural drone for spraying work. Its modular range extender weighs 8.5 kg and supports drone payloads of 20–28 kg. The system monitors the range extender and aircraft during operation, dynamically adjusts operating states and supports engine restart in flight. RTK positioning offers accuracy down to centimeter level, while route planning supports autonomous work and variable spraying.
The 16 kW GX-16 is available in 58 V and 74 V configurations for 14S and 18S lithium batteries, respectively. It combines a twin-cylinder, two-stroke gasoline engine, an automotive-grade 32-bit ECU and an integrated starter-generator with an external rotor. Control functions include fuel injection and ignition management, altitude adaptation and throttle learning. CAN bus communication includes a 120-ohm termination resistor; protective functions include automatic shutdown for overvoltage or undervoltage and power reduction at high temperatures.
