Tenpower (Jiangsu Tenpower Lithium-ion Co., Ltd.) manufactures cylindrical lithium-ion cells for drones, electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft, power tools, smart mobility and smart home equipment. Founded in 2006 in Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu, the company develops high-power and high-capacity cells using NCA and NCM chemistries.
Its documented drone and eVTOL range includes the INR21700-40XG, INR21700-50SG, INR21700-50XG, INR21700-60XG and INR21700-70XG, with nominal capacities from 4.0Ah to 7.0Ah and a nominal voltage of 3.6V. Applications include inspection, mapping, cargo delivery and passenger transport aircraft. Tenpower uses high-nickel cathodes, silicon-containing anodes and tabless cell structures to address energy density, power delivery and heat generation under demanding flight loads. Its broader manufacturing work includes materials and electrochemical research, alongside online inspection and traceability at key production stages.
