Founded in 2003, REPOWER TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD. Develops, produces and sells battery testing systems and provides automated battery production line design and construction services. Its hardware range includes BMS and EOL test systems, along with 5V, 100V and 1000V charge/discharge test systems. Applications span battery production lines and laboratories for battery manufacturers, new energy vehicle manufacturers, energy storage businesses, testing institutions and research institutes. The company also provides dedicated battery testing equipment and solutions for low-altitude aircraft, including drones and eVTOL aircraft.

Its Drone Airport Mobile Recharging Vehicle (100kWh) is designed for automated drone stations, outdoor operation bases and large-event support. The vehicle combines charge and discharge management, battery balancing, maintenance and status monitoring with a built-in 100kWh battery pack. It accepts grid power, diesel generator power and external battery pack inputs. Battery maintenance voltage coverage comprises two separate ranges: 5V–100V DC and 200V–1500V DC. Its internal battery supports drone battery recharging without a grid connection and can supply off-grid AC power to other station equipment.

The mobile vehicle supports charging, discharging, balancing tests and monitoring for drone battery packs and station energy storage battery clusters. It also supports commissioning and power supply testing before a drone station connects to the grid, emergency recharging, and low-battery wake-up for drone packs and station storage units. Energy management enables transfers between battery groups or clusters on a millisecond timescale, while an integrated operating system provides one-button startup. These functions bring battery maintenance and station power support together in a mobile unit.
