Product overview
The system samples, stores and analyzes battery parameters and provides warnings to support battery research, testing and production. Listed applications include university research, UAV and robot battery cell production lines, and testing institutions.
Testing functions include cycle life, capacity, charge and discharge characteristics, charge retention, charge and discharge efficiency, overcharge and overdischarge, rate, pulse, operating condition and DCIR testing.
For high-speed dynamic testing applications, the system specifies a charge/discharge switching time of <10ms and a current response time of <5ms.
With its high-performance mid-level controller and testing software, the system supports offline operation for ≥24 hours after network disconnection.
The isolated modular design supports hot-swapping so faulty modules can be replaced for maintenance.
