Dongguan Xiechuang Composite Materials was established in 2008 and is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. It develops and manufactures carbon-fiber plates, tubes, shaped products, precision components and craft gifts. Xiechuang supplies custom parts for drones, robots, automation equipment, medical devices, sporting goods, decorative accessories, electronics and general machinery. Its manufacturing processes include carbon-fiber CNC machining, compression molding, tube rolling and metal CNC machining.
Its hardware range includes plain-weave and twill carbon-fiber plates, square tubes, bent tubes and tubes that transition from square to round sections. Drone frames include the four-axis MX405 and MX410 and six-axis MX616 for agricultural plant protection, plus the F40 for industrial applications. Other products include automation equipment components, fishing-tackle parts, baseball bats, medical-device components and consumer accessories such as wallets, pens and eyeglasses.
