Benewake (Beijing) Co., Ltd. is a Beijing-based provider of LiDAR products and solutions, founded in 2015. Its hardware range includes LiDAR rangefinders and distance sensors for intelligent vehicles, transportation and industrial sensing. Its distance sensors can also be used in civilian drone applications such as altitude holding, hovering, assisted takeoff and landing, obstacle avoidance and distance measurement in drone pods.
The TFA170-L is a long-range, lightweight single-point LiDAR developed by Benewake. It weighs 10 g, has a stated range of 170 m and measures 26.5 × 21.05 × 12 mm. Multiple built-in operating modes and configurable parameters allow customers to adjust its setup for different application requirements. The TFA1200-L is a kilometer-range, lightweight, compact, eye-safe single-point LiDAR measuring 25 × 25 × 13 mm. Its applications include inspection drones, drone pods and engineering surveys, where it provides distance maintenance and auxiliary position estimation.
