The TF02-Pro from Benewake (Beijing) Co., Ltd. is a medium-range time-of-flight LiDAR sensor for distance measurement, with a maximum ranging distance of up to 40 m. Developed from the Benewake TF02, it combines an enhanced optical system and revised circuit design to extend range, reduce blind spots and lower power consumption. Algorithm improvements also improve measurement error performance across different environments.
Designed for outdoor use, the TF02-Pro has an IP65 ingress protection rating and supports ambient light levels of up to 100 KLux. Its civilian applications include drone altitude holding, intelligent transportation, smart parking lots and smart agriculture. These applications reflect its distance-measurement purpose, while the optical, circuit and algorithm updates improve its ranging performance.
