The ZHTAERO Keel Mini Frame from ZHT Technology Co., Ltd. is a UAV airframe for assemblies using 22–30-inch propellers. Its modular, replaceable architecture combines carbon fiber composite materials with aviation aluminum. The arms, center cabin and other areas where stresses concentrate use multilayer, cross-stacked carbon fiber for strength and stiffness in multiple directions. Frame weight is ≤ 2 kg, with dimensions of 619–686 × 574–775 × 520 mm in length, width and height.
For equipment integration, the frame provides openings for power interfaces, cable routing and expansion ports, plus larger bottom payload space than traditional drones. Power system options include the T-motor P series and Hobbywing H6M. The battery arrangement supports symmetrical dual bays with quickly replaceable external batteries of 19.2Ah-42Ah capacity, and the power connector is XT90. The K63 power module integrates six functions: power module, step-down module, ESC signal, analog ammeter, optocoupler control and LED light.
