The H5-S uses an integrated carbon-fiber frame with four rotors and a wheelbase of ≤1200 mm. Its dimensions change from 1000 × 1000 × 450 mm unfolded to 360 × 360 × 450 mm folded, reducing its transport footprint while retaining the same height. Empty weight is ≤5.8 kg excluding the battery, maximum payload is ≤6 kg, and maximum takeoff weight is ≤15.5 kg. The configuration includes GPS positioning, high-efficiency FOC propulsion, an intelligent super-fast charger, and a remote controller with an integrated 7-inch, 1920 × 1080 display.
For aerial observation and coordination, the H5-S combines cloud management, live video streaming, and ground-station voice communication with a command center. It supports automatic aerial image stitching, historical imagery comparison, and real-time video mosaics overlaid on maps. Obstacle-distance detection enables flight braking, while the ground station displays other connected UAV positions. Unladen endurance is ≥120 minutes; image and data transmission distance is 15 km, with an upgrade available. Operating limits include a 3000 m maximum takeoff altitude, wind ≤Force 6, and temperatures from −20°C to 50°C; body protection is IP45.
