XAG RevoSpray4 is a crop protection spraying system for the XAG P150 agricultural drone, intended for applications in open fields and orchards. It uses rotary atomization and combines a smart liquid tank, two flexible impeller pumps and two centrifugal atomizing nozzles. The tank has a rated capacity of 60 L, a maximum capacity of 70 L and a maximum payload of 70 kg. A water pressure sensor measures the remaining liquid level while reducing interference from foam.
The dual pumps provide a maximum combined flow rate of 30 L/min. Droplet size is adjustable from 60 to 500 micrometers, depending on the operating environment, spray flow and other factors. Spray width ranges from 5 to 10 m, subject to flight height, dosage and environmental conditions. Four centrifugal nozzles are available as an optional upgrade. The P150 has separable flight and task systems, allowing the spraying configuration to be exchanged for spreading or mapping equipment. When the P150 uses a B13960S or B13970 battery with RevoSpray, its maximum payload must not exceed 60 kg.
