Product overview

The Wuxi Beiwei Sensing Technology BW-VG525E is a dynamic inclination sensor with a CAN-bus interface and high-performance Kalman filtering. Its intended uses include UAVs, electro-optical pods, platform stabilization, autonomous driving and marine equipment. The angular measurement range covers pitch through ±90° and roll through ±180°, with static accuracy of 0.01°. Startup delay is below 50ms, and maximum output frequency is 500Hz. The sensor requires a 9–36VDC supply and draws 30mA during operation, with a maximum current of 40mA.

The packaged sensor occupies 97 × 63 × 27.2mm, while the bare board measures 60 × 54 × 6mm. Bare-board length and width may vary by ±1mm, and actual hardware dimensions take precedence. Weight is 400g including the cable and 480g including packaging. Operating temperature spans -40 to 85°C, while storage temperature spans -55 to 100°C. Shock resistance is 2000g for 0.5ms, three times per axis, and electromagnetic compatibility follows GBT17626. Mean time between failures is at least 30,000 hours.
