Product overview

The Wuxi Beiwei Sensing Technology BW-MINS527 is a packaged micro inertial navigation system for integration into unmanned aircraft and other vehicle or stabilization systems. Its architecture includes gyroscope and accelerometer sensing, with attitude measurement covering pitch ±90º and roll ±180º. Dynamic attitude accuracy is 0.1°, while static accuracy is 0.01°. Heading hold accuracy is specified separately at 0.1°/min, providing a time-based heading performance measure alongside the attitude figures.

The packaged unit occupies L60 × W59 × H29 mm and accepts 9–36V DC power. Selectable RS232, RS485, TTL and Modbus output options provide integration choices; the interface configuration therefore matters when specifying the unit. Its temperature range is -40℃ to +85℃ with temperature compensation, supported by Kalman filtering and a bias-tracking algorithm. Accelerometer range is ±1.8 g on each axis. Accelerometer bias stability is 0.001mg at 25℃, 100s, 1σ, and 0.01mg at 25℃, 10s, 1σ.
