Product overview
The Viewpro U30TIRM-HD is a gimbal camera from Shenzhen Viewpro Technology Co., Ltd. That combines visible-light imaging, infrared thermal imaging, object tracking and laser distance measurement. Its visible-light camera uses a 1/2.8-type STARVIS2 CMOS sensor, delivers 1920 × 1080 imagery and provides 30x optical zoom through a 4.3–129 mm lens. The thermal camera pairs a 1280 × 1024 detector with a 50 mm athermal prime lens and offers 1x–4x digital zoom. Thermal imaging supports observation. Both the visible-light and thermal cameras support object tracking.
The laser rangefinder measures distance to the object at the center of the screen. Its specified measurement capability is at least 5 km for large targets such as buildings, at least 3 km for a 2.3 × 2.3 m car and at least 1.5 km for a 1.75 × 0.75 m person, under typical conditions of visibility of at least 8 km, diffuse reflectance of at least 0.3 and humidity of no more than 80%. Control interfaces include PWM, TTL, S.BUS, TCP and UDP, with optional IP or SDI video output. The payload accepts 14.8–25.2 V input and operates from -20°C to +50°C.
