The SwellPro Fisherman FD1+ Remote Controller is a six-channel remote control for the Fisherman FD1+ bait-dropping drone. It is different from the Fisherman FD1 controller, and the two must not be mixed. The controller is not waterproof and must be kept away from water during use, a practical limitation when operating around fishing locations. The package contains one remote controller.
The controller measures 174 × 89 × 190 mm and weighs 378 g without batteries. It uses four 1.5 V AA batteries for a 6 V power supply. Its radio operates across 2.402–2.478 GHz with a 500 kHz bandwidth and GFSK modulation.
