Product overview
The Zhuhai SV Tech A77 is a low-voltage brushless motor intended for UAV and industrial equipment power systems. Integration involves matching the motor, electronic speed controller, propeller and power supply to the required voltage, load and cooling conditions. Mechanical checks cover shaft extension, mounting holes, propeller mount and wiring, while the 4800±10g unit weight affects installation planning. Dimensional, installation and wiring documentation supports this work. Final configuration depends on the operating requirements and mutually agreed specifications.
The A77 operates from 45-110 V DC with a rated input current of 120A. Its maximum current of 370A±5A applies to KV70, whereas the two performance-test configurations use KV43 with a 5195 carbon propeller and KV60 with a 46x14 wooden propeller, both at 85 V. Those operating points are not continuous-duty ratings, and maximum thrust is not sustained hovering capacity. Service life can reach 5000 hours depending on load, temperature, installation and maintenance; bearing temperature must stay below 100 °C under worst-case conditions.
