Product overview
The AXR 9835 MG-D is a standard servo for model steering, control-surface movement and mechanical actuation. Its physical configuration combines a brushless motor, stainless steel gears and two bearings in a 40 × 20 × 35.7 mm body weighing 76 g. A 300 mm cable provides connection reach within the installation. Control uses PWM at 333 Hz, with a specified 1520 µs reference pulse and a separate position mapping of 500 / 1500 / 2500 µs to -90 / 0 / 90°.
The servo accepts 4.8–8.4 V, with performance specified at four test voltages. At 8.4 V it provides 36 kg·cm stall torque and a no-load speed of 0.074 s/60°, with 0.58 A running current and 9 A stall current. Continuous-load selection must instead consider the 17 kg·cm rated torque at 7.4 V and the duty cycle. Installation requires matching mounting geometry, power and pulse settings; the controller and delivered version determine the neutral position and usable travel.

| Torque limitation | Stall torque cannot be treated as a continuous-load rating; continuous-duty selection must account for rated torque and duty cycle.Continuous-load selection. |
| Voltage coverage limitation | The permitted voltage range does not imply performance measurements at every voltage.Operation within the permitted supply range. |
| Neutral position and travel | The 1520 µs reference pulse and 1500 µs position midpoint are both specified; neutral position and usable travel depend on the controller and delivered version.Controller and delivered servo version. |
| Mounting dimensions | Drawing and specification dimensions may use different reference points; mounting components require the final installation drawing and interface version.Fabrication of mounting components. |
| Integration and commissioning | Check power, signal pulse width, mounting holes and servo-arm connection. Establish neutral, direction and mechanical travel before progressively applying the working load.Initial setup with the load removed or limited. |
| Electrical and mechanical constraints | Provide supply headroom for transient current and avoid cable voltage drop, reverse polarity and sustained loading against mechanical stops.Power supply and mechanical integration. |
