Product overview
The cysmodel CYS-S8205 is a flat-profile digital servo intended for gliders and fixed-wing aircraft. Its all-metal construction combines a coreless motor, metal gears, dual bearings and a 25T output spline. Physical integration figures include a 250mm lead and dimensions of 30.1*10*35.5mm, with a second stated envelope of 33.6*10*30mm. Weight likewise has two stated values: 27g and 28g±1g. These differing dimensions and weights leave the mounting envelope and installed mass ambiguous.
Control uses PWM with a 1500usec neutral position, reverse operation over 1000usec ~ 2000 usec, and 90° total travel, split 45° each side. At 4.8V, no-load speed is 0.12sec/60° and torque is 3.8kg.cm; at 6.0V, these become 0.10sec/60° and 4.0kg.cm.
