Product overview
The AXR 9495 MG-D serves fixed-wing control surfaces and other mechanisms where actuator space is limited. Its physical configuration combines a coreless motor, stainless steel gears, two bearings and a 250 mm cable. The body measures 23 × 12 × 26.8 mm and weighs 19.2 g. Installation planning must account for output-shaft position, mounting-hole spacing and connector clearance as well as overall dimensions. Servo-arm geometry also affects load capability: increasing arm length reduces available output force. Final mounting dimensions and the interface version should be established before machining brackets.
The servo accepts 4.8–8.4 V power and PWM control at 333 Hz. At 8.4 V, it delivers 6.3 kg·cm stall torque with a no-load speed of 0.041 s/60°; its rated torque is 2 kg·cm at 7.4 V. Stall torque is unsuitable as a continuous-load rating, so sustained operation requires consideration of rated torque and duty cycle. The specified 1520 µs reference pulse differs from the 1500 µs positional midpoint; neutral and usable travel depend on the controller and delivered version. Initial setup should restrict load, and the supply needs transient-current headroom.

| Neutral-position qualification | The 1520 µs reference pulse and 1500 µs positional midpoint are both specified; establish neutral position and usable travel for the controller and delivered version.Controller and delivered servo version determine the applicable neutral position and usable travel. |
| Stall-torque limitation | Stall torque cannot be treated as a continuous-load rating.Continuous-load selection requires rated torque and duty-cycle consideration. |
| Voltage-range qualification | The voltage range defines permitted supply voltage. |
| Mechanical integration | Check output-shaft position, mounting-hole spacing and connector clearance; a longer servo arm reduces available output force.Available output force depends on servo-arm length. |
| Mounting-dimension qualification | Drawings and specifications may use different dimensional references; establish the final mounting drawing and interface version before machining. Before machining mounting components. |
| Commissioning | Establish neutral position, movement direction and mechanical travel before progressively applying the working load.Initial setup with the load removed or restricted. |
| Power and mechanical integration precautions | Provide supply headroom for transient current and avoid cable voltage drop, reverse polarity and sustained operation against mechanical stops. |
