The Kpower DHV826 25KG Digital Metal Tooth Hollow Cup High-Voltage Steering Gear is a digital coreless servo with fixed-wing UAVs among its applications. Other applications include service robots, RC 1:10 remote-control trucks, medical devices and industrial automation. The servo measures 40x20x39mm and weighs 72g. Its physical construction combines an aluminum-alloy case, metal gears, a coreless motor and 2BB bearings. A potentiometer provides position sensing, and the output spline specification is 25T Φ5.9mm.
The DHV826 uses PWM control, offers 180° travel and operates over a 4.8-7.4V supply range. At 7.4V, its stall torque is 26kg·cm, its no-load speed is 0.12sec/60°, and its stall current is 5500 mA. The torque and current figures apply at stall, while the speed figure applies without load. Its operating temperature range is -10～50°C and its ingress protection rating is IP42. Customization is supported for travel angle, signal and protocol, and ingress protection.
