Product overview
The AXR 8852 MG-D is a standard servo for model steering, control-surface movement and mechanical actuation. Its physical configuration combines a brushless motor, stainless steel gears and two bearings in a 40 × 20 × 36.6 mm envelope weighing 70 g. A 300 mm cable provides connection reach within the installation. Integration requires matching the mounting holes and servo-arm connection, with the final mounting drawing and interface version established before machining brackets because dimensional references can differ.
The servo accepts 4.8–8.4 V and uses PWM control at 333 Hz. At 8.4 V, its specified stall torque is 30 kg·cm and no-load speed is 0.054 s/60°, while rated torque is 8 kg·cm at 7.4 V. Continuous-duty selection must account for rated torque and duty cycle. The 1520 µs reference pulse differs from the listed 1500 µs position midpoint, so center and usable travel depend on the controller and delivered version. Commissioning calls for limited load and supply headroom for transient current.

| Load and voltage limitations | Stall torque is not a continuous-load rating; continuous-duty selection must consider rated torque and duty cycle. |
| Center and travel qualification | The 1520 µs reference pulse and 1500 µs position midpoint are both specified; center position and usable travel require confirmation for the controller and delivered version.Controller and delivered servo version. |
| Mounting dimensions qualification | Drawings and specifications may use different dimensional references; confirm the final mounting drawing and interface version before machining mounting parts.Final mounting drawing and interface version. |
| Integration and commissioning | Check power supply, signal pulse width, mounting holes and servo-arm connection. Establish center, direction and mechanical travel before progressively applying working load. Allow supply headroom for transient current and avoid cable voltage drop, reversed polarity and sustained loading against mechanical stops.Initial commissioning with the load removed or limited. |
