Its origins lie in Shenzhen Mingde New Material Technology Co., Ltd., established in Shenzhen in 2015. In 2023, following an invitation from the Nankang District Government in Jiangxi Province, the business established the Ganzhou company in the Ganzhou Low-altitude Economic Industrial Park. Its premises comprise two factory buildings with a combined area of more than 12,000 square meters.
The company's aircraft range covers multirotor drones, vertical takeoff and landing compound-wing UAVs, and fixed-wing aircraft. It provides services across design, simulation, mold development, production, commissioning and after-sales support, connecting platform development with manufacturing and ongoing servicing. Civilian applications include fire protection, power-sector operations, crop protection, environmental protection and geographical surveying. The company also undertakes cooperative manufacturing for domestic and international drone brands and has applied for more than 10 related patents.
