Product overview
The AXR 8515 MG-D from Zhuhai SV Tech Co., Ltd. is a miniature servo intended to move fixed-wing control surfaces and other mechanisms with restricted installation space. Its construction combines a coreless motor, stainless steel gears and two bearings in a 28 × 12.6 × 26.8 mm body weighing 25 g. A 300 mm cable provides connection reach. Mechanical selection needs to account for output-shaft position, mounting-hole spacing, connector clearance and the servo-arm connection; a longer arm reduces available output force.
The servo accepts 4.8–8.4 V power and PWM control at 333 Hz. At 8.4 V, it provides 15 kg·cm stall torque and a no-load speed of 0.087 s/60°, while rated torque is 4.5 kg·cm. Stall torque cannot serve as a continuous-load rating. Integration must also resolve the 1520 µs reference pulse versus the 1500 µs position midpoint for the controller and delivered version. Initial setup calls for unloaded or limited-load checks of neutral, direction and mechanical travel, with supply margin for transient current.

| Continuous-load limitation | Stall torque is not a continuous-load rating; continuous-duty selection must account for rated torque and duty cycle. |
| Neutral position and travel qualification | The reference pulse is 1520 µs, while the position midpoint is 1500 µs; neutral position and usable travel require confirmation for the controller and delivered version.Controller and delivered servo version. |
| Mechanical integration requirements | Allow for output-shaft position, mounting-hole spacing and connector clearance. Increasing servo-arm length reduces available output force. |
| Mounting dimensions qualification | Drawings and specifications may use different dimensional references; mounting-part fabrication requires the final installation drawing and interface version. |
