Product overview
The Zhuhai SV Tech Co., Ltd. AXR 7465Plus MG-D is a thin-wing servo for aileron and flap actuation. Its physical configuration combines a coreless motor, 7075 aluminum alloy gears and one bearing in a 23.7 × 12 × 26.6 mm package weighing 13.2 ±0.5 g. A 245 ±5 mm cable supports electrical integration. Installation space must accommodate the servo body and the movement of the arm, linkage and cable. Mounting-part design also depends on the final mounting drawing and interface version because dimensional reference points can differ.
The servo accepts 4.8–8.4 V power and PWM control, with a specified operating frequency of 333 Hz. At 8.4 V, stall torque is 9.3 kg·cm and no-load speed is 0.061 s/60°, while rated torque is 2 kg·cm. Sustained-load selection must account for rated torque and duty cycle, since stall torque is not a continuous rating. Control setup also needs attention: the reference pulse is 1520 µs, but the angle mapping places the midpoint at 1500 µs. Center and usable travel therefore depend on the controller and delivered version.

| Installation clearance | Thin-wing installation requires sufficient thickness clearance and room for servo-arm, linkage and cable movement. |
| Continuous-load limitation | Stall torque cannot be used as a continuous-load rating; continuous-duty selection must account for rated torque and duty cycle. |
| Voltage coverage | The operating-voltage range defines permitted supply voltage. |
| Center and travel qualification | The 1520 µs reference pulse differs from the 1500 µs position midpoint; center and usable travel require confirmation with the controller and delivered version.Controller and delivered servo version. |
| Mounting dimensions qualification | Drawing and specification dimensions may use different reference points; mounting-part fabrication requires the final mounting drawing and interface version.Final mounting drawing and interface version. |
