Product overview
The AXR 7452 MG-D is a micro servo for light aircraft control surfaces and compact mechanisms. Its physical configuration combines an iron-core motor, metal gears and two bearings in a 23.6 × 11.7 × 21.3 mm package weighing 12.55 g. A 250 mm lead provides the stated connection length. For installation, the package dimensions establish the space requirement, while the mounting pattern and arm connection need to suit the mechanism. Drawing and tabulated dimensions may use different datums, making the final mounting interface relevant before mating parts are machined.
The servo accepts 4.8–8.4 V and uses PWM control with a stated operating frequency of 333 Hz. At 7.4 V, stall torque is 4.5 kg·cm and no-load speed is 0.105 s/60°, while rated torque is 1.2 kg·cm. Load sizing must account for rated torque and duty cycle because stall torque is not a continuous rating. The 1520 µs reference pulse differs from the 1500 µs position centre, so controller setup must accommodate the delivered version’s neutral setting and usable travel. Electrical integration must also allow for transient current and avoid sustained mechanical-stop contact.

| Torque sizing limitation | Stall torque is not a continuous load rating; mechanism sizing must account for rated torque and duty cycle. |
| Neutral setting and travel | The 1520 µs reference pulse differs from the 1500 µs position centre; neutral setting and usable travel require matching to the controller and delivered version. |
| Mounting interface limitation | Drawing and tabulated dimensions may use different datums; mating parts require the final mounting drawing and interface version. |
| Electrical and mechanical integration | Integration must accommodate transient current and prevent voltage drop, reversed connections and sustained contact with mechanical stops. |
