Product overview
The Skytech Drop Rope supports emergency rescue and aerial cargo deployment, with applications extending to firefighting supplies, electrical wire installation, logistics delivery and access to isolated areas. Its physical assembly combines industrial-grade Dyneema rope, a reciprocating line organizer and a mechanical gravity hook designed to resist unintended release. Carbon fiber and a sintered nylon shell form the exterior. A quick-release mounting arrangement allows assembly and disassembly in 1 minute, while the device measures 177mm × 110mm × 103mm and weighs 1.1kg including battery.
Integration uses aircraft-body power at 24V, PWM signalling and an independent remote control, with support for M600 expansion-channel functionality. The modular integrated circuit requires a power connection to operate. The equipped mechanism uses a 22W brushed DC motor running at 6000 rpm, a 1:50 reduction ratio and a 120 rpm output speed. Deployment specifications are 30M of line, a 10m/min release speed and a maximum load of 5KG. Control distance is 800m under unobstructed conditions, and an LED warning flashlight supports positioning during night operation.
